Lamborghini Unveils New Electric Concept Car Lanzador Two-door GT, And Will Be Launched In 2028

Lamborghini has accelerated the development of electric vehicles in recent years. Recently, it announced a new electric concept car Lanzador at Monterey Car Week, which combines the design elements of Urus and Sián. The real car is expected to be officially launched in 2028.

The Lamborghini Lanzador design adopts a high chassis design, which is said to be inspired by spaceships, a bit like the Huracán Sterrato, an off-road supercar that was limited to 900 units before, with a 2+2 seating arrangement and 23-inch giant wheels.

The power is pure electric, with a peak output of more than 1mW, equivalent to 1,341 horsepower, between Lucid Air Sapphire (920kW) and Tesla Roadster (1,100kW), but Lamborghini did not mention more details, such as cruising distance, Battery capacity, charging speed and even 0-100 acceleration are still to be announced.

As the latest electric series supercar, Lamborghini Lanzador has also added a large number of high-tech features, such as dynamic driving control through multiple sensors and radars, excellent aerodynamic body lines, and 3D printed interiors. On the other hand, recycled materials are also used to make it more in line with the trend of sustainable development.

Lamborghini has invested 1.9 billion euros in the development of electric vehicles, and will launch a hybrid version of the fuel vehicle in the future, and the all-electric vehicle based on the Lanzador concept car will be officially launched in 2028.
