Strong Demand As Samsung Plans To Increase Production Of Galaxy S22 Series

Korean electronics company Samsung is very much looking forward to the sales of the Galaxy S22 series, so the Korean giant is planning to increase production for the Galaxy S22 series to catch up with demand.

Like any other smartphone model, the newly launched Galaxy S22 series is also facing a shortage of semiconductor supply. This leads to the risk that the supply of Galaxy S22 and S22+ may be short and delay the product sale time.

Recently, Samsung CEO also personally visited Samsung’s production facilities in Vietnam to ensure there is enough supply for the new Galaxy S22 series.

As revealed by The Elec, Samsung plans to increase Galaxy S22 production by 20{9fa2ae831048424756faedea87f44870cd2ea6d09bcfab62eb5dabc6b233e172} to cope with the supply crisis. Samsung aims to produce about 30 million Galaxy S22 series smartphones, of which 12 million will be Galaxy S22, 8 million Galaxy S22+ and 10 million Galaxy S22 Ultra.

It is clear that Samsung is expecting a lot from the sales of the Galaxy S22 series because it has improved a lot of things that have been criticized on the Galaxy S21 series, such as removing the plastic back. However, whether the improvements in design, screen, and camera on the new Galaxy S22 series will bring more impressive sales is still an immediate story.

Currently, Samsung has started allowing pre-orders for the Galaxy S22 series and Galaxy Tab S8 and S8+ tablets in some markets.

When pre-ordering the Galaxy S22 series smartphone, customers will receive a gift of Galaxy Buds Pro noise-cancelling headphones. The S22 and S22+ will be available in phantom black, phantom white, green and pink or purple, cyan, graphite and beige colors exclusively on Samsung.com. The Galaxy S22 Ultra will be available in phantom black, phantom white, green, burgundy or graphite, blue and red exclusively on Samsung.com.
